The Allen Family
Scholarship Committee
The Allen Family Scholarship Committee is made up of two representatives of each offspring of
William & Addie Allen who have surviving descendants. The committee reviews applications,
establishes policy, and solicits scholarship contributions.
The members are:
Amanda Moncur & Clark Allen - representing descendants of W.W. Allen of the Bahamas
Joan Allen Leggett & Joy Allen Torrence - representing descendants of Mary Allen Carey of Key West
Calvin J. Allen & Brenda Roberts - representing descendants of James A. Allen of Key West
Phyllis Allen & Carmen Turner - representing descendants of Rev. George W. Allen of Key West
Patricia Ebron & Tomea Smith - representing descendants of Rev. Alexander Allen of Miami
