 THURSDAY, JULY 3^RD

Registration - 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Omni Hotel Hospitality Suite, 1^st Floor

Come to the Hospitality Suite to obtain your registration packets, t-shirts and information regarding events. Sign up for optional events.

Dinner – 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, on your own.

Enjoy the restaurants the Omni has to offer. Use the discount coupons which are provided.

Welcome Reception – 7:00 pm to 10:00pm, Omni Hotel Hospitality Suite

Congregate with other family members and let the games begin! Afterwards it is karaoke time. Be prepared to sing your heart out. Light appetizers will be served.

FRIDAY, JULY 4^TH

Golf – 8:00 am Tee Time, 18 hole play, Omni Golf Course  $54 fee

Caring for the Skin You’re In –10:00 am to12:00 pm, Omni Hotel - Presidential Suite, 16^th Floor

Ladies join Dr. Shelley Glover for an informal chat on tips for Black Skin Care & Makeup Application.  Learn why Mineral Makeup is better for your skin and answer the question . . . Is Liposuction right for me?  Coffee & Pastries will be served.

Congregate by the pool with your cousins. Float down the lazy river & let your cares drift away. Lunch provided for platinum & child registrants.

Luau, Bahamian Style - 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Omni Golf Commons Lawn

Come enjoy Caribbean cuisine, tropical drinks and party under the stars with your family members while listening to the sounds of steel drums.

After Hours – 10:00 pm until, Omni David’s Pub, 1^st Floor

Have a cocktail & relax in the Omni’s cozy pub where pool tables, billiards and flat screen televisions abound.

 SATURDAY, JULY 5^TH

Airboat Rides - 8:00 am to 9:30am, Boggy Creek, Bus departs from Omni Lobby @ 8am

Experience the thrill of flying through Central Florida’s own Everglades on an airboat! Explore the breathtaking beauty of nature & wildlife on this exciting half hour tour through Boggy Creek. $25 fee

Golf Clinic - 10:00am to 11:30am, Mystic Dunes Golf Course, Bus departs Omni Lobby

All skill levels welcomed! Whether you have never played or play often, come get pointers from a real PGA Golf Pro! (Attire: golf or polo shirt, socks, tennis shoes, slacks or shirts; Golf clubs provided) $20 fee

Outlet Shopping - 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, Buena Vista Outlets, Bus departs Omni lobby

It’s time to shop ‘til you drop! Buses depart the Omni @ 10 am & 1:30 pm. The bus will pickup from the Outlets @ 1:00 pm & 4:30 pm

Pool Party – 11:30 am to 4:30 pm, Omni Pool

Reunion Banquet – 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Omni Hotel International Ballroom

This Black Tie Optional affair will be a delightful evening.  Scholarships will be awarded and family presentations will be made.

SUNDAY, JULY 6^TH

Family Worship Service – 10:00 am to 11:30 am, Omni International Ballroom

Worship with family, enjoy the Allen Family Reunion Choir and listen to an inspirational word from Pastor Terrance Gray of Saint Mark AME of Orlando.

Farewell Brunch – 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, Omni International Ballroom

Enjoy a delicious meal with your fellow Allen Family Members as we bid each other farewell until next time.

Gambling - 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Hard Rock Casino, Bus departs Omni Lobby

Disney World – 4:00 pm to midnight, Walt Disney World, Bus departs Omni Lobby

Join your Allen Family cousins as we visit the “House of the Mouse” for a fun filled afternoon & evening. Bus leaves Omni @ 4pm. Last bus leaves Magic Kingdom @ 12:00 am

Fee for Disney: $71 over age 10; $60 for ages 3-10; FL Residents: $63.90 over age 10 & $54 for age 3-10.
